3. Do I need to provide water or electricity?
No! We are fully mobile and come equipped with our own water and power source. All we need is access to your vehicle.
4. How do I book an appointment?
You can easily book your appointment online by clicking the “Book Now” button on our website or by calling/texting us at (470) 862-0224.
5. How long does a detailing service take?
Time varies depending on the service, but most detailing packages take between 2 to 5 hours. You’ll see time estimates listed on our booking page.
6. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, Zelle, Cash App, and credit/debit cards (TAP Payments have a 3% fee).
7. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand things come up! Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel.
8. Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes! When booking 3 or more services at the same time & day get a 10% discount (must provide water). Follow us on Instagram and Threads (@autocraftcare) or check our website regularly for limited-time offers and seasonal discounts.
9. Can you work in any weather?
We can work in most conditions, but for rain or extreme weather, we may need to reschedule for the safety of your vehicle and our team.
